At ZANDVIRA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return refund or exchange an item, we are here to help with a smooth and straightforward process. Please note that the exchange policy is for the orders placed through our web site.
Eligibility
Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivered date for an exchange for the online purchased style/s.
Products must be in original, undamaged packaging and include all tags.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any stains or damage.
Return or exchange policy is not valid for discounted/sale items.
Exchange your items for different sizes or colors, or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style under the same product condition.
Exchange is possible only once.
Process
Initiate return: Contact our customer service team at +94706023444 or through the email address [email protected] to start the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Prepare package: Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Store Credit: The purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser’s account as per payment initiated media.
Delivery Charge Refund: Delivery charges will be refunded only for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.
Condition Check: If the item is not returned in fully resalable condition, we reverse the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
An email notification will be received once we have received and processed your return. If you do not receive this notification within 10 business days of sending your return, please contact our customer service team.
Refunds will usually clear into your payment initiated media itself within 3-5 working days, however this can vary according to the bank.
Special Conditions:
Promo Code Orders: Items purchased with promo codes are returnable unless otherwise stated in the promo code terms and conditions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
